About the Role
Join our team as a Residential Support Worker at Oakwood House, Solihull. Provide day-to-day care and support to young people aged 8-17 in a therapeutic children’s home.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct care and support
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Supporting daily routines, education, and activities
- Contributing to care planning and risk assessments
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience with children and young people (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS check required
