Lead our new home as Registered Manager at Maple House, Coventry. Responsible for overall management and Ofsted compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of the children’s home
- Meeting regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Recruiting and developing a high-performing team
- Managing budgets and resources
- Preparing for Ofsted inspections
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Significant residential care management experience
- Previous Ofsted registration (desirable)
